I’m an award-winning Film Director, Screenwriter, and Writing Coach based in Austin, Texas. My work has screened at hundreds of film and art festivals worldwide, including Cannes, SXSW, Tribeca, Outfest, Sidewalk, deadCenter, and more. My films often focus on marginalized communities and are celebrated for their tender and honest storytelling lyrical montage sequences. My feature directorial debut, Gossamer Folds, was nominated for “Outstanding Picture in a Limited Release Category” at the GLAAD Media Awards (2022), earned me “Best New Director” at the Brooklyn Film Festival, and is now available on Apple TV. I directed a Telly-winning docuseries called Behind The Drag which showcases the behind-the-curtain lives of American drag queens. I co-wrote the feature film, Signature Move, which world-premiered at SXSW and can now be found on HBOMax. My short film, Spunkle, won the Emerging LGBTQ+ Filmmaker award at Cannes and was adapted into a 30-minute TV comedy show with Margot Robbie’s production company, Lucky Chap. The pitch was sold in the room to Warner Brothers, but unfortunately never found a home.

For over a decade, I’ve been using the Enneagram self-development tool to create dynamic characters and lead diverse teams. I’m certified as an Enneagram Coach in the Narrative Tradition and my writing workshops are now open.

I’m a live music enthusiast, wife to a badass cancer survivor, and helicopter mom to two Siamese rescue cats: Ted and Cat Blanchett.
